Durgamadhab Jena filed complaint against Parimatch Aap on Jun 9, 2025
I have deposited **,***,***** and then **,*** on ** july ****. two of them like **,*** & **,*** reflected on player id, but **,*** not credited. Then I have contacted them through chat and email. The customer agent told me to wait * working days then told me * working days, then told me ** working days. After ** working days, they told me to give account statement. I have also given them my account statement. After giving these proofs, they told me to go to your bank for refund the amount.. Still I have not received the amount neither to parimatch player id nor to bank account.
