I have attached proof of successful transaction for your reference. Despite multiple follow-ups, I have not received any resolution or proper explanation. This delay is unacceptable and reflects poorly on your service standards.
As per standard financial regulations, a successful UPI transaction must either be credited to the beneficiary account or refunded within a reasonable timeframe. However, even after a considerable delay, the amount remains unaccounted for.
I hereby demand the following:
Immediate credit of ₹**,*** to my Dafabet account, OR
Full refund of the amount back to my source account without any further delay
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
