Dafabet - Deposit not credited

I had deposited an amount of Ra.***** on **-Feb-**** **:** IST. The deposit has been successful and the amount got debited from my bank account but not added in dafabet account. I am continuously following daily and every time getting the response from specialist that it will be added soon.
I had attached the screenshot of the transaction which I used to do the deposit. I am requesting you to please check with your payment team and credit the amount into my dafabet account.

I am really very disappointing with the support of they are providing as no estimated time or any update provided to me to resolve the issue.
