I made a deposit of ₹ ***** on Jan **st at *:** pm via UPI. The amount was successfully debited from my bank account, I'm attaching the screenshot which includes all information, but it has not been credited to my Dafabet wallet for over * months. I have contacted their live support multiple times but have received only automated responses. I am seeking an immediate credit of the funds or a full refund to my bank account.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
