BINOMO TRADING PLATFORM - Deposit money not reflected or refunded

Actually I have a deposit issue on August *rd worth ****rs payment was done but not reflected the amount in binomo platform. Have raised many complaints and provided all documents including payment slip and statement. As per last mail communication they told to wait till **th to completing * business days.have mailed today regarding to know about the same,then they saying as per their investigation payment not received to the beneficiary account. Need immediate refund for the same already waiting for ** days including today. No resolution provided yet..
