Dafabet sports - Deposit issues

I've made a deposit of rs *** on **/**/** , got debited from bank but didn't reflected on my dafabet sports,i repeatedly keep on asking the agents , they were saying only one thing, our payment team is working on it , please check time to time, it's been ** days ,still also not credited ,and today morning I've made a deposit of **** ,and that also debited from account, but didn't reflected on dafabet,I asked the customer care agent, he told that money has recieved on our end , it'll be credited * hours , but after * hours if i ask the other agent he said that our payment team is working on it. Due to this i couldn't play , two matches of ** odds i missed ,who will pay the loss , please make them to pay sir/ madam
