Wazir Exchange - Deposit issue

Dear sir /madam,
I got interested in cryto trading .so, I choose wazirx platform to start trading.
I start my transfer (amountRs.****.* )to wazirx deposit via wallet transfer thru mobiwik . Immediately my bank account shows the amount debited but not credited in wazirx deposit acc wallet .please consider my issue and do refund my amount . This is my first deposit too.Now,wazirx shows deposit failed .I am really worried because of this issue.please resolve it quickly.
