Hi,
I need your help regarding a payment issue.
I have two failed deposits:
*,***.** made on ** June
**,*** made on * July
The amounts have not been credited to either my bank account or my Parimatch account. Whenever I contact their support team, they keep giving the same response that their team is working on it, but the issue is still unresolved.
Also, I made a withdrawal of *,*** on * July. According to their website, the withdrawal was successful, but I still haven't received the money in my bank account.
I am attaching my bank statement, payment screenshot, and email screenshots for your reference.
Please help me resolve this issue. I would really appreciate your support.
