I had done an Deposit Transaction on **/**/****.it was completely successful from my side and my money debited.
But in parimatch it showed failed to deposit.i contacted the parimatch customer care,they told me to wait for *business days and still if u don't receive your refund we need bank statement to assist further..today is *the ** th business day..and i didn't recieve my funds back.
I have sent them bank statements too they just tell me that we've sent your issue to our experts kindly wait.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
