Hi I have done a transaction on ** th feb of **** rs and **** rs on *st march.both amounts are deducted from my account but it is showing declined in payment deposit section.Amount not received to the game account or not refunded back to my bank account as well.They created * tickets but not any response.Only they are giving false hope from the starting day.
