Parimatch - Deposit declined yet money debited from my bank account

Natasha filed complaint against Parimatch on Dec 11, 2024

I made a deposit of ₹*****/- on **th Nov and it was declined. The amount was debited from my bank and not refunded.

I have emailed multiple times with bank statement pdf in the right format yet we are here today and I keep receiving stupid emails but not my refund.

Parimatch has accepted that my deposit was declined yet they have not refunded it to my account.

I want this money back and take legal action against Parimatch for fraud.
