It has been nearly four months since this transaction was successfully completed. I have provided undisputable, official proof of debit, including my bank statement and the successful transaction receipt. However, your customer service agents continue to stall using automated scripts, and have recently resorted to threatening to block my account for pursuing my stuck funds.
