Dafabet - Deposit amount of not received

I would like to raise a formal complaint regarding two transactions totaling ₹**,*** (₹**,*** and ₹*,***) that were debited from my bank account but not credited to the merchant account. The transaction IDs are ********* and *********. Despite successful debit and multiple follow-ups with the merchant, the amount has not been credited or refunded.

I have already provided all necessary details, including bank statements, UTR numbers, and payment proofs, to the merchant, but they are repeatedly stating that the amount is “yet to be secured” without providing any resolution. This delay has been ongoing for several weeks, which is highly concerning.

I request you to kindly investigate these transactions, trace the funds using the UTR/reference numbers, and initiate a chargeback or refund process at the earliest. Please treat this matter as urgent, as a significant amount of money is involved.
