Hathaway Broad band chennai - Deposit amount not refunded

I have disconnected my connection due to relocation and the harrasment hathway sales persons did to me by calling every day from morning to evening even after saying DND multiple times. In March hathway sales person called me to return the modem stating that they will take legal action against me for not reactivating my prepaid connection. That time when I asked about my deposit money they said I will back once I return the device by disconnecting so i disconnected it and returned device on April **th. But I have not received my refund yet. Now they saying there is conditions and showing some papers etc,. Which was not said to me from salesperson by the time connection was taken, also I have not signed any terms for this. While returning my device I was told that my deposit amount will be refunded in a week from salesperson, not yet received my amount. Only harrasment calls for offers and reactivation.Kindly sue them for harrasing me and violating DND regulations as well as to revert my deposit amount back as soon as possible.(My ID: **********)
