I deposited ₹**** on PM Betting website using UPI. The payment was successfully completed and the amount was deducted from my bank account but it was not credited to my betting wallet.

I already raised a support ticket on their website (Ticket ID: ********) and provided all the required details including the payment slip and UTR number (************). It has been more than one month and I have not received any response from their support team.

I request the company to either credit the deposited amount to my wallet or refund the amount back to my original payment method as soon as possible.
