Dafabet - Deposit amount is not credited into dafabet

Hi Team,
I had deposited *** rs on **/**/**** **:**:** am but this amount is still not credited to my dafabet account.
Also I have sent somany emails to customer support and also contacted via online chat but still this issue is not resolved.
Could you please confirm why still amount is not credited to my dafabet account.
