Index Earning and Learning - Denying to provide service

On **/**/**** I paid Index company ***** (excluding ***** capital) for PMS service for * months. In this period my account was transferred to * agents who apparently had no knowledge about stock market. They kept making losses, saying the market is too volatile these days. Since it is the stock market, I tried to understand them and was cooperating with them despite the situation. Later one day they made a huge loss, I requested the company to extend my * month period so they could recover my loss because * months weren't enough for the recovery. so they gave me another receipt for lifetime service. Then again my account was transferred to another agent of the company who later started asking me to pay extra **** to him if I wanted to continue the service. When I denied he did trades for *-* days and then stopped answering my messages and calls.
I had numbers of previous agents who handled my account. I contacted them, when I asked for their senior/manager's number they gave me numbers of their colleagues and who pretended to be the manager. It was mental torture to deal with these people. Later I contacted their associate company (MyEquity school) and asked if they had Index company's managers number. Fortunately, this time I got the genuine number of the manager. I contacted him twice and both times he ignored me saying "I'm in a meeting, I'll call you later". but the second time I received a call, apparently, the manager had asked someone to resolve my concern. He asked about my capital and I said my capital has come down from ***** to ****. he said I'll have to deposit **** more to my Demat account if I want to get the service. I denied and asked him to trade from the leftover capital. he rudely told me to leave the topic if I'm not willing to deposit more money. he said they cannot trade with **** rs as one slot costs *****rs. which is a complete lie, my trades were done within ****rs at times. as proof, I showed screenshot of such trades. later, he started denying to provide service and was convincing me to quit the topic. After this, I again contacted one of the previous agent who had left the job but he himself told me to not risk **** on this company and I am not the only one who they have trapped like this.
It has been so stressful for me since. now I don't even want their service anymore. I just want refund. Coming from a middle-class family ***** is not at all a small amount for me. I. request you to bring justice to me.
