Poco - Denying service under warranty by fraudulent manner

I have purchased POCO M* Pro mobile in flipkart, in invoice its clearly mentioned that warranty for handset is * year and for accesories it's * months, i want to claim that my battery is not removable and not detachable from handset and no where in terms and conditions in invoice or in official poco website mention that battery will not come under * year warranty.
After sales service was handling by Xiaomi , poco is claiming that i should follow Xiaomi terms but i want say clearly that i will bound for only poco terms as i trust the poco brand and bought the poco mobile so please accept my battery replacement under * year warranty or compensate me for entire value for breach of contract damages
In Xiaomi website also its clearly mentioned that warranty for battery is * months for original Xiaomi battery but no where mentioned poco battery
