This complaint is regarding my ***%cashback offer by the said company. the offer goes like this, It claims to provide a ***% cash on gym memberships if u attend the gym for a minimum of *** days and have to workout for atleast **mins by checking in and checking out via the app..they have the app which tracks the timings and attendence and the location. after some people misusing it they started sending reminders about the terms and conditions. the terms and condition includes that if fraud is found they can deny the cashback.
I paid extra amount to gym to enroll for this offer, i completed the attendence of *** days. the problem occurred wen i emailed them for the cashback, first they took almost two months to verify the details and attendence whether i have actually went to the gym or not, wen they cudnt find anything againsts me they said that i have scanned on non operational days of the gym,
upon verification they sent me the list of * days where i have committed fraud, they said i have scanned or checkedout after the working hours. sometimes it does happen like this that we checkin within time limit and since there is a locker room, we friends just sit der and talk due to which i forgot just to checkout. checkin was clearly within time but i forgot to checkout on *days within the location of the gym. so wen i realised that, i went back to the gym and checked out.. out of *** days, only * days have happened this. it was a genuine mistake. now they are denying me my membership. tats total a loss of **k. i have seen many guys cashback being processed though they are actually committing fraud..
i have requested them to ignore or cancel those theee days, it still is *** days.. they said they cant do it..
now i clearly dont remeber y was checkout done so late.. there were so many instances wen their app had a glitch, not working, due to that thing i have lost the attendence already for so many days.. their app was so glitchy that sometimes, u were unable to scan for checkin or scan for checkout. now the days they have earmarked could be from those days.
sometimes we had to manually give attendence..
I have written them several emails but they are nott ready to listen..
i request you people to do something about it.
