Tilak Raj Co - denying from Exchanging the unopened product despite of buying the same product with different Model

Dear team ,
I have bought the cloth Drying stand on ** nd September from Tilak Raj & co. from Panchkuian Furniture Market from Shop no.***.
I have shifted to new house and due to space availability I requested the shopkeeper to exchange the product with different Model code But
he is denying from Exchanging the unopened product despite of buying the same product with different Model code due to space issue.
I request please look into this matter as that product will be totally waste for me due to unavailability of space .
