Onlinelegalindia com - Denying for refund

Dear Team,
I have applied for the Gst Njmber and Shop and establishment License on call through onlinelegalindia.com
I have spoken to the advisor and in first payment for gst after some promo code discount paid through Gpay Rs.*** and in *nd payment again after some discount paid Rs.**** and I paid *nd payment through Credit Card so total Rs.****.** deducted. Because of miscommunication about the charges related and also now I'm not in the need of this license and applied for the refund.
But now there support team is denying for the refund and customer support lady(Pooja) said this total amount will go on hold for *yr but we can't refund. Which was very shocking for me.
Kindly support and help me to get amount back.
