RedCarpet Loan Credit and Finance - Denied Usage despite timely payment of dues

This is regarding my account in Red Carpet Loans App (DMI Finance) of Account no. : DMI**********. I had a past record of timely or mostly, before time payment of dues and a good credit history. But due to this unavoidable circumstance of Corona Pandemic, which affected millions of life across the nation as well as the world, in which people lost jobs and lives too, I being an average Indian got affected too. Due to switching of jobs, I was unemployed for * months that caused a little delay in my loan repayment of approx **K. But the fact is, despite a little delay, I cleared all my dues on Red Carpet App as soon as I got some extra money after spending on survival. But, to my surprise, they removed my eligibility to take loans. I mean they forgot my entire loan payment history where I did before time payment and when just for once I crossed the due date and took time to pay the loan amount, that too because of the Pandemic which was not even my mistake, they took away my eligibility to apply for a loan further despite I am completely capable of taking and repaying loans on time like before.
I can't contact them before there is no contact information on their app, So I am posting my complaint here on Voxya because I have a trust on this platform as it helped me to get my refund back from Swiggy earlier. And I hope people at Voxya will convey my complaint to the concerned team of Red Carpet and help me out further.
