Shoseonlose - Denied to Refund Extend holiday package

I have booked a holiday trip of bali, Indonesia and the travelling date was ** may but due to COVID-** and world wide lockdown, all the tour was cancelled. I have booked land package of Rs *****/- from shoseonlose company and paid paid *st installment of Rs. *****. Now i want to refund/extend my booking for future travel date but shoseonlose is not aggree and he is not responding my mail/message.
