Levi s - Denied to pickup my return product

I ordered a Levi's jeans from ajio but when I recieved it I had size issues to I placed the return request same day with reason of size issues. Today the delivery boy came for pickup I gave him the product with all tags and bills...later he refused to take it and said madam the product is correct but the mistake is with ajio that the product code is not matching with my code...so call ajio for support I tried calling customer care but no one responded over there plus there is no alternative for seeking help from them.
