I booked * rooms online for * nights (for **,**,** Aug) by paying Rs. **** on *rd Aug. I booked * rooms online for * nights (for **,**,** Aug) by paying Rs. **** on *rd Aug. Oyo confirmed the booking. But on reaching the Hotel (OYO Flagship Hotel Sunshine) on **th Aug, they denied the booking stating the hotel had been delinked from OYO, but can provide accommodation on cash payment.
