Relaxo Footwears Limited - Denied Return Exchange of Defective Relaxo Flipflop

I recently purchased three pairs of Relaxo slippers on March *, ****. As per your exchange policy, I visited your Dwarka Mor Store, New Delhi ******, store today, March *, ****, well within the *-day exchange window, to exchange one pair due to the uneven and uncomfortable surface of the left sleeper. However, the store manager refused to process the exchange, citing that the sleeper had been “used.” He said to raise it to customer care as he couldn't help me with this even though they have exchange policy of * days.

It is obvious that footwear needs to be tried for fit and comfort, yet the manager outright denied the exchange, which is unfair and unacceptable. I had no choice but to leave the sleeper at the store and have taken a photograph of the store manager with the slippers as proof. I have attached the necessary details, including the purchase receipt and the photograph, for your reference.
