Hi everyone, I need legal advice and assistance regarding a purchase issue.

I placed an order with Hammer Team (Order ID: **************) on **/**/**** and paid in full on **/**/****. The product was meant as a gift, purchased based on their Mahila Mitra advertisement.

Despite repeated follow-ups via email, WhatsApp, Instagram, and calls, the seller denied delivery of the product and forcefully refunded my payment. Initially, they even offered wired earphones as compensation for a TWS gift, which I refused.

Timeline of Events:

**/**: Order placed; partial payment ₹***.

**/**: Remaining payment made; order status not updated. Manifest uploaded but pickup failed.

**/**: Order ready for pickup and actually shipped ~** hours late.

**–**/**: Multiple follow-ups; responses inconsistent; refused reshipment.

**/**: Final reminder sent; seller refuses reshipment and fair compensation.

Post **/**: Refund processed forcibly.


I have already raised a grievance through the Consumer Forum, but I want to pressure Hammer Team due to their mismanagement, insulting, and embarrassing behavior toward me as a customer.

This appears to be deficiency of service and unfair trade practice under the Consumer Protection Act, ****.

I am seeking guidance on:

*. How to pursue legal action to either get the product delivered or claim compensation for harassment, inconvenience, and denial of the gift.


*. Whether any lawyer in the group can send a legal notice on my behalf, preferably through free legal aid, to Hammer Team to resolve this matter.



I have all proofs ready: invoices, payment receipts, emails, WhatsApp chats, refund confirmation, and final reminder emails.

Has anyone faced a similar issue? What would be the most effective way to fight this legally?
