Shopsy by flipkart - Denied for refund

I bought dress on shopsy app,i got it at * th of October,Because of fitting issue I return the dress to shopsy, it pickup also done at * th of October,but company denied that dress was not pickup ed, I tried to told repeatedly on call that dress pickup was done. But no use, finally they told me that issue is resolved and refund cancelled.
