I have purchased Skechers shoes on dated **-Sep-**** Shoe world Deccan now shoes some inside foam damaged post raised to complaint Skechers customer support complaint no ******** they required invoice copy i have misplaced invoice which i got from shoe world. Later visited shoe world outlet for Duplicated invoice copy counter team said allow me * days for duplicate invoice copy post * days reach out to shoe world that sales person denied for duplicate invoice our backend data not saved in system for that reason denied given no solution on this matter even today also visited no same response i got from sales person now Skechers support team hold that claim due to invoice copy
