Iphone ** was purchased from Apple India ltd, Inorbit Mall, Bengaluru with apple extended warranty of * years, Apple announced a product recall with the complaint of receiver suspected in Iphone **. Due to this reason, the customer has gone to the Systematix service center, Kolkata and submitted the device. But the service center has denied the request of the customer for repair for the reason that the phone is brough along with the screen protector and the screen protector should be removed at the time of submission of the phone for service. The customer justified the presence of authorized accessories sold by Apple reseller store, but the store has denied the request. For this issue, Apple india ltd has to send an apology to the customer and service the device free of cost without any issues for the customer.
