Aakash Institute - Denial of refund

I called up Aakash institute to enquire about NEET coaching for my daughter. I was called to Gajuwaka branch and was told that admission will close by April end . I enquired that without Xth result how can they take admission. They said if you enrol early , you get discount.
With the announcement of result, my daughter now wanted to change stream to Commerce. She attended *-* days clssses only but we were told to pay the entire first semester fees in advance amounting to about ***** which I paid. Now they are not giving a refund (offering only about ****, not are they permitting transfer of the money to another needy poor student
