Shaadi - Denial of refund

Shaadi.com is advertising match guarantee policy. After joining premium membership, even after sending just ** interest, if a person doesn’t get an acceptance within ** days then they will refund money. I received a single acceptance only after **-** days. I asked for refund but the customer care executive denied the same stating I should asked for it on **st day. Their policy is something, basically some stupid reasons to deny the refund. Considering the statistics, probability of getting a match on matrimony site is very low unless someone has extraordinary profile. Still this site is coming up with such fraudulent advertising just to attract more customers and loot money from them. Strict action is must against this website to protect other common people.
