Nobrokers Technologies Solutions - denial of booked service

I am an Army serving Colonel & had Booked Nobrokers packer mover service for *rd Apr from Mayur Vihar Phase-* to Noida Sector ** . The contract was at their own cancelled by Nobroker & was left me & my family harassed without RO water, AC, wifi , cooking appliances as these were disconnected for moving.

Nobroker customer care was pathetic & kept promising to arrange packing & transportation of my household goods the next day i.e on *th Apr ** but that too was declined in the afternoon.

Being on limited leave I had to run pillar to post to find a paker mover which I found at a very high cost (Rs *****/-) against the Nobroker booking of Rs *****/-. Apart from that had to pay one day more rent & suffered harassment due to non availability of basic facilities.

The Nobroker accepted their failure multiple times but could not provide appropriate solution in terms of transport or additional finances(approx Rs ****/-) I had to incur for hiring a local Packer & mover due to emergent requirement & other incidental expenses.

Despite booking on ** March ** for *rd Apr ** I was told to wait for *-* days for transport which is unethical & illegal for a growing company which is arrogant & ignorant about their customers & their rights.

Being a serving soldier I lost complete one day of my precious leave & led to further mental pressure.

I approached Customer care, CEO, Mr Amit Agarwal & COO, Mr Saurabh but no appropriate solutions provided rather an email that it is in their terms and conditions that ANY BOOKING CAN BE CANCELLED IN ANY CICUMSTANCES, which is totally unethical vague and to hide from responsibilities.

As we have certain social media restrictions hence requesting you to expose reality of such platforms through various means so that general public while availing services are beware of their promises & Reality.

Compensation for losses & apology by the company is my demand.

All relevant emails, booking proofs & bill of new booking being uploaded with this mail.
