My phone was accidentally dropped in a bucket of water by my child. The phone was immediately removed from the bucket and switched off. After that when I visited One plus service centre for the repair of mobile, they are denying the repair by quoting that the phone was under water for more than ** minutes. But I removed my phone as soon as it dropped in the bucket. The cost of the mobile is too high for a middle-class family. It is therefore requested to kindly look into the matter and resolve the issue. Service slip of the service centre is attached herewith.
My two years of blood & sweat got valued finally with Voxya. I got a full refund with no hustle after they received notice.
