Dear sir :

Sir, I ordered an Oppo A* *G mobile phone.order number OD****************** from Flipkart on May **, ****, and it was delivered to me on May **, ****. Upon inspection, the Oppo service center confirmed that the delivered unit was a 'demo' model. I lodged a complaint regarding this with Flipkart on June *. Although Flipkart assured me they would provide a replacement phone, I have not received any concrete information to date. I request your assistance in this matter.
