barajore toll plaza - demanding toll tax from fire fighting vehicle despite in exempted category

We have to go frequently with Fire fighting vehicle from GAIL Dibiyapur to GAIL Kanpur for Emergency call, emergency duty during hot work at Natural Gas pipeline installation or for repairing of Fire tender at TATA motors workshop during the onward and return journey we have to pass through Barajore (Bara) tool plaza. The toll employee always demand toll tax from our fire fighting vehicle. while fire fighting vehicle is clearly mentioned on display board of toll tax Exempted vehicle. Toll plaza employee ask us to take exemption from NHAI and create ruckus every time. Many time due to hurry we paid tax and otherwise we have to approach toll tax office aside toll plaza to allow us toll tax exemption. please do needful.
