Time Publication handwriting online job - Demanding money

I have checked this online page of time publication where it is mentioned that we will be paid to write handwritten notes.
They said registration fees is *** to start project, there are different project plans
I chose the less payable one
They told that after completing registration, writing material will be delivered to us
After completing payment, she said that we will be required to pay security chrge **** to proceed further
I told her i dont hv money that's y im wanting to do this job and told her to resend my money back
She then told me that registration fees in non refundable
I told her she should have told this before
But nothing cn be done now
