Krishna enterprise - Demanding money while product is in guarantee

We purchased a cooler from Krishna Enterprises, Modinagar on **/**/****. The shop claimed a guarantee of the parts and the cooler for a duration of * months. After ** days, the cooler stopped working. They charged ₹*** for fixing it. After * days again it stopped working. Now they are saying that the parts mentioned in the bill are not on the guarantee.
