Limeline - Dellivered a defective piece of cloth instead of a designer saree

I have ordered a designer saree bearing order no ***** and after * days they had delivered to me a piece of defective cloth.As soon as I opened the packet I have a submitted money refund request( I.e. on **/*/****). I have received one msg from them that my request has been submitted successfully with ticket no.*****. They will contact to me within ** working hours but till now I have not received any response from their end. I am continously trying on their customer care no. but no one picked the call. Plz resolve my issue. Your needful is highly solicited.
