Dell Inspiron 5491 - DELL LAPTOP NOT WORKING PROPERLY FROM DAY OF PURCHASE

I bought a Dell laptop from croma store, After using it for two days I(inspiron ****) found laptop is not working properly as the speaker was faulty, sound quality was very bad.I contacted the dell technical support team and i had the worst experience talking to them they were being very rude.I called to customer care filed a complaint they did some troubleshooting online and they asked more time to do it and I said I don't have that much time and I will submit laptop to your authorized service center and provide that center details to you and you do troubleshooting. I asked for replacement or refund they are saying we can not do anything.
Worst quality products. Don't want to get it fixed or replaced, I want my hard earned money back.
Also, Pathetic service.
I'm suffering pay loss in these work from home and covid days as I got a faulty laptop from DELL
a new dell laptop which turns out to be a faulty one. Speaker issue and slow performance issue.
Buying a new laptop why should I compromise with repair who will bear the cost of my loss of pay to my work.
Now they have stop responding me and started neglecting saying that there is no problem with the laptop where I have recorded call where tech representative and croma store ppl have told the right speaker is faulty.I was trying to you to help me with scheduling repair service which I denied as I do not want to go with alteration.I need an immediate refund.
