Valmo courier perundurai tamilnadu - Delivery women behaviour and failure to deliver

I ordered a chain in meesho cod. The women was very bad, she called * time while i am at work and i told her to ring the calling bell and she told me she is not at my home yet and ask me to wait outside, i ask her how much time it will take her told me half an hour , i said no., so she ask me to give another number of person in the home and i gave it so i told others person that the delivery will call her. After some time the messages came that delivery is failed so i called and that woman told me that Waited outside and didn't even ring the bell or called the number even if she called from outside the person would have came out as it is near to the gate. And she had guts to told me "if u want i will send my location, come and take it" i told the location of local area where it is lit bit dangerous to go so i rejected that and her to come next day then she cancelled the order.....
No complaint about company but on that woman only so please look into it 'cause all the suspicious behaviour and delivery person good
