Placed an order for mixed flower bouquet to be delivered between **-**. Tried contacting the customer care phone number n mails as the ordered wasn't delivered on time and there was no immediate response. **:**pm vendor calls in to say they just recieved an order and they may take an hour for delivery. There was no intimation from the company about delay. For the scheduled delivery I was charged extra *** rs. The whole point of suprising a person was lost as the delivery happened at *:** pm. The customer service is very poor and their services are very delayed
