kunti fashion - Delivery of Wrong Used Items and No Response on Refund Request

Dear Sir/Madam,

I am writing to raise a consumer complaint against Kunti Fashions, an online retail seller, for delivering incorrect and used products, and for failing to respond to my refund request.

I had placed an online prepaid order on **th July **** via their website for two suit sets under the Order Number: *****, for a total amount of ₹****.**.

However, on *th August ****, upon receiving the parcel, I found that the items delivered were not the ones I had ordered, and appeared to be duplicate, used, and mismatched from what was shown on the purchase order page.

Immediately, I wrote an email to their customer support at kuntifashions.com@gmail.com requesting a full refund and return. Despite repeated follow-ups, I have not received any response from their side — neither via email nor phone. Their customer service remains completely non-responsive, and I am now left with defective items and no clarity on my refund.

I request the National Consumer Helpline to kindly look into this matter and take necessary action to help me receive my rightful refund and ensure accountability from the seller.
