Description:
I ordered a Battery for Nothing Phone * (NT**) ****mAh from Zeposhop (Webszeal Retail Private Limited) on ** June ****, delivered on ** June ****. The product received was incorrect (not the ordered battery). I raised a complaint with Zeposhop (Ticket #*****) and sent photos of the incorrect product and its label/markings on ** June ****, as requested by their staff (Rohon A). I am demanding a full refund, not a replacement, but Zeposhop has not processed the refund or responded properly despite follow-ups.
I have also filed a complaint with the National Consumer Helpline (Grievance #*******) on ** June **** and uploaded all relevant documents. I request Voxya’s assistance to secure a full refund for the incorrect product delivered.
