I had ordered a Blush Pink ensemble kurta with pant and dupatta (set of *) vide order id CCW**** upon website clothingcrew.in. I received the courier today and paid Rs.**** as COD. Since No open delivery was allowed at the time of receiving the courier I later found that I had received a completely different product not related in anyway to my order. I had requested them to refund back the amount of Rs **** to my bank account details provided. Since no response had been received and no contact number mentioned on their website I am filing this complaint.
