Pancy Deal - Delivery of wrong product other than order placed

I have placed order for the following product Order No. ***** on Date: February *, ****
Velvet Machine Work Black Semi Stitched Lehenga x* for Rs.***.**
Payment method: Cash on Delivery
The product has been received on ** February. But to my dismay, the ordered product is not delivered by company. It is entirely different from the Lehenga ordered by me.
I tried to contact company over phone and email for the return of product and refund but mail is returned undelivered with the message that email address does not exist. Similarly phone also not valid number. There is no way to contact company..
