Fitness Hub - Delivery of wrong product different from description

I have ordered for ' Body Maxx ** Kg Vinyl Plates for Home Gym'.
It is written there as product description
■ 'Solid pvc plates'
■ 'Perfect for dumbbels and chest press'.
Instead of that they have sent cheap plastic wheel filled with sand and cement.
As per their returned policy, I have to send it back to the seller all at my own cost.
Amazon won't take any responsibilities, particularly their help center behaved like an advocate of that very manufacturer. with vast knowledge of Chemistry but greatly lacking professionalism!
