Ziyan Furniture - Delivery of wrong dining table

I have visited M/s ZIYAN furniture shop on **.**.**** and ordered a marble dining table set of specified color and dimensions as provided in the quotation and paid an advance of Rs. *****/- through UPI. The Quotation specifies the table marble color as white and dimensions as ** inch X ** inch dimension. As the dining table delivery is getting delayed I have visited the shop on **.**.**** and paid the remaining amount of Rs. *****/- through UPI totallin to Rs. *****/- on getting assurance that the table is going to be delivered by **.**.****. On **.**.**** delivery of the dining table received with different colour and dimensions of the marble with cut marks on the table. The received table color is beige and the dimension is ** inch X ** inch which is shorter in length. Since the table is ordered as tailor made but seller has delivered an arbitrary table. On immediately contacting seller, seller assured that the table marble will be replaced in a week time with originally selected marble. However, after the delivery in response to my phone calls and messages seller kept on postponing the replacement of the table and after a month and half even stopped responding to phone calls.
