I have ordered for a "Beautiful Black Colored Casual Printed Rayon Kurti - XL * ₹***.*
and Alluring Teal Fancy Embroidered Georgette Kurti - S * ₹***.* Total Amounts to Rs.***.**" on *th Sept **** against "Order #***** (September *, ****)", by prepaid method, but till today it is not yet delivered to me. I have tried to figure out my order status several times on their website, but unfortunately the order status menu of their web site is not working and it always shows a error message when I opened it. I mailed them no of times, Once they replied that my order will be delivered by fedex courier partner on or before **-**-**** but till today not yet delivered. I again mailed them several times but I didn't get any revert from them.
I want my order should get delivered immediately or else they should refund back my money.
Many thanks for your proactive approach and prompt action. This has accelerated and helped in resolving my issue.
