I have ordered a saree from ladydeal.in site worth RS ***. Order received on ** Oct **. When I opened the product i.e.saree is old, torn and used one. It is in a such condition that even beggers will refuse to wear it. I am totally fooled by the online shopping company. There is a contact number in site which is useless. The refund process as given in the site has been initiated but no reply received. Kindly help in refund of my hard earned money.
